I am Austin Adams and I am the principal entrepreneur of Dynamis Search. I believe running and owning a business takes hard work, grit, and character and I bring all these qualities to my search efforts.

I proudly served 12 years in the U.S. Marine Corps as an infantry officer with combat deployments in both Iraq and Afghanistan. I am a proud husband and father to my wonderful wife and children. I have more than 20 years of experience leading operations, finance, program management, and business development for small companies in the private and public sectors. Over those years I have worked in a wide range of industries and types of companies including high end technology, software development, start-ups, manufacturing, and service companies.

I earned my MBA from Carolina’s Kenan Flagler Business School and a BBA from Baylor University. My faith and personal values are important to me and they will be my guide as I looks for a profitable small business to buy and operate for the long term.

I am active in my church, volunteer at Healing Transitions, and exploring this city that I have grown to love. In my free time, I enjoy traveling with my family, the creative arts, and running.
